Jake Bugg – Two Fingers

19 year old singer/songwriter Jake Bugg, has made a strong statement with his new single ‘Two Fingers‘. Having been greatly influenced by classic artists such as ‘The Beatles’, ‘Oasis’, ‘Jimi Hendrix’ and ‘Bob Dylan’, ‘Two Fingers’, transports you back to the sounds of the 60’s, as Jake recounts his youth, the problems he faced and moving forward with his life.

“So I kiss goodbye to every little ounce of pain, Light a cigarette and wish the world away .. Hold two fingers up to yesterday”

The stirring track and catchy chorus is so refreshing and unique; a far cry from many young artists today.

Having received his lucky break with BBC Introducing supporting unsigned, undiscovered and under the radar music, Jake has gone on to perform at Glastonbury 2011, and supported many acts including Lana Del Rey, Example and Michael Kiwanuka on tourWith the success of his previous single ‘Lightning Bolt‘ and EP ‘Taste It‘, Jake is set to support The Killers at this years iTunes Festival on September 11th and also support Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds on Tour.
